ABOUT THE WINE

Enogastrofili the cultural association is a non-profit cultural association which was established with the primary purpose of enhancing and spreading the Italian food and wine, with special emphasis to the various food specialties and wines from various Italian regions.


To achieve this end, the Association organizes and promotes various activities: trips, dinners, wine tastings, meetings, training courses, events, etc..

The founders of the association, which are currently part of the Governing Council, are: Max

Basciano, who was born in Rome where he now lives, with a degree in business administration, to practice their profession di consulente direzionale con particolare attenzione alla pianificazione e controllo e frequenta un dottorato di ricerca in Economia e Organizzazione delle Imprese con specializzazione in Organizzazione Aziendale. È docente di business planning per diversi Master e corsi di alta formazione. In passato si è occupato professionalmente della gestione delle attività di supporto di un incubatore di imprese e dell'organizzazione di eventi quali convegni, mostre e seminari. Nella sua attività di consulente, ha partecipato alla stesura di business plan per l'avviamento di aziende vitinicole e di aziende di servizi di supporto nello stesso settore. Da sempre ha la passione per il buon vino e il buon cibo, sfociata poi nella costituzione di questa associazione. Ha frequentato several courses on topics of local marketing, promotion of local products and wine. He is a member of the Rotaract Club of Rome Castelli Romani, where he occupied the post of President for the fiscal year 2008/2009. Her other great passion is skiing freeride.

Iarrobino Daniela, a native of Taurasi, the territory is well known for its wine, has a degree in Communication Sciences. He received his Master of Marketing for Luxury Goods, with a thesis on the rediscovery of traditional Italian cuisine by creating a 'agency chef at home. He currently works as assistant marketing manager for a company event planning. Always interested in food and wine and attended several courses on local marketing.
His favorite hobby is traveling, a passion that often leads around the world to discover the most diverse culinary traditions.

Luca Palermo, ORIGINATING Taurasi also has a degree in Engineering Management and is currently attending the Master of Science in Management Engineering, Industrial Production address, with particular interest in the Operation and Management of RFID technology, the object of stage he made during the course of study. Passionate about food & wine, collaborated to organize promotional events in planning. He attended several courses on topics of local marketing, promotion of local products and wine. His favorite sport is swimming, practicing diligently.

Scravaglieri Stefano, born and living in Rocca di Papa, in the Castelli Romani area, well known for specialty food and wine, held the profession of management consultant with particular emphasis on marketing and attended a PhD in Economics and Business with specialization in Marketing. He teaches marketing for several Masters and higher education courses. Always passionate about food and wine, as well as being part of this association, runs a blog about food and wine and is working with the Corriere del Vino. In the activity as a consultant, he also worked on issues of marketing and communications for wineries and participated the preparation of business plans for starting businesses. Previously, he worked for leading Italian football clubs and sports. He frequantato different courses on topics related to his passion, food and wine.
